Today for passion time I did more on the Robot dog who I call Barf which means to spew.
I thought of using a light sensor to make it hate dark but also in the dark a light turns on to make it light to make him happy again.
I also have a temperature sensor, so if you can can you please give us some ideas on what to use it for that would be great.
I didn't get much done because I had to tidy up the robots.
The robot hasn't changed at all but we have already done the programing for the light sensors and got the new controller for the light and temperature sensors and the light.

Today
Today we got showed some more traps but most of the time we were also thinking how to improve these traps.
Now after this blog post I am going to improve my program for the LEGO NXT robots.
The program at the moment makes it spin a little bit of LEGO and turns when it is near a wall but otherwise it keeps moving forward.

DEAD POSSUM
Today I went to Seaward Bush to check the possum traps. We only caught 1 possum in the trap but it happened to be the trap that I set was the one with possum in it. We also checked the wax tags again but most of them were chewed to bits by dogs.
At the end we took pictures with ourselves holding the possum.

Seaward bush
Today I went to Seaward bush and we set some traps that looks like this but blue these are called possum master traps. To set the trap you pull the lever on the back down pull a string around two rubber hooks and twist a small orange tab on the lever and it is set. Never ever touch these unless you are resetting it. We also found bite marks in the wax tags. To identify them the possum teeth are 4-5 mm wide and the rats teeth are 2mm wide.
